Quick answers to common questions.
How far ahead should you plan a party?
For a regular party three to four weeks is enough. For milestone birthdays, bachelor parties or parties at a rented venue, give yourself six to eight weeks.
What do you need for a party?
An invite, a venue, food and drinks, music and some decor. With the checklist above you will not forget a thing.
How many drinks per person should I plan for a party?
As a rule of thumb two drinks in the first hour and then about one per hour per person. Do not forget water.
